Where are you located?

North side of Charlotte, near North Lake Mall.

Do I need an appointment?

We’re here most every day, but we prefer you call us to make an appointment.

What is the maximum capacity?

We seat 170 comfortably, we can accommodate up to 250 with outdoor seating.

What’s the deposit?

The room rental amount.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash or check (personal or bank)

Can I provide my own caterer?

No. We have an on-site kitchen and full-time chef.

Can we taste the food?

Yes. We have regularly scheduled group tastings.

Can we have a cash bar?

No. We allow you to provide your own alcohol and we’ll do the bartending and provide all your bar set-ups.

Can I use outside vendors?

Yes. Other than caterer, you are welcome to choose any florist, cake, DJ, etc.

Is event planning included in the rental price?

Yes. We include a detailed face-to-face planning session.

Does Asbury Park Grove provide the linens and chair covers?

Yes, but you also have the option to bring in your own.

Do you have a dance floor?

Yes, a large, permanent, in-laid hardwood dance floor.

What are the tax & gratuity amounts?

Tax is standard 9 ¼% and gratuity is 18%
